  • Take 400-600mg Ibuprofen immediately and then with each meal three times a day until discomfort subsides.
  • Rinse with 5-10ml of 0.12% Chlorhexidine Gluconate with water equal parts for 30 seconds twice a day for 10 days.
  • After 10 days, 5-10ml of 0.12% Chlorhexidine Gluconate with water equal parts for 30 seconds for redness or swelling.
  • Avoid tongue or finger contact with the ORTHODONTIC ATTACHMENT.
  • Do not eat anything hard, chewy or sticky in the area of the ORTHODONTIC ATTACHMENT.
  • Call if the ORTHODONTIC ATTACHMENT becomes loose or if there are any concerns about the attachment stability.
  • Use a small child toothbrush to clean ATTACHMENT area. Be very careful when brushing teeth not to hit the attachment area with the toothbrush. The ATTACHEMENT may dislodge and become loose if hit.
